Most Uncommon weapons have modest base values, but older event versions can be surprisingly collectible. Limited Halloween and Christmas items such as Zombified, Gingerbread, Sweater, and Branches often trade differently from green-tier weapons that are still available through normal boxes. If a mixed offer includes another tier, compare its Rare values and Common values before accepting.
Use the item’s origin and demand alongside its listed value. This is especially important when two Uncommon weapons share a similar name but came from different events, years, or reward tiers.

Can an Uncommon item be valuable in MM2?
Yes. The green Uncommon label does not mean every item has the same low value. Older event weapons can become collectible after their original event ends and no more copies are available. Their year, origin, supply and demand matter more than the category colour alone, so always check the exact item before using it as a small trade add.
Why are old event Uncommon weapons collectible?
Discontinued Halloween, Christmas and other event Uncommons have a fixed supply and can appeal to collectors completing an old set or inventory theme. Some also receive demand because their design or event history is memorable. Age does not guarantee a high price, but limited availability can make an event Uncommon trade very differently from an item still found in boxes.
Are Uncommon items useful as trade adds?
They can be useful for balancing a close offer, particularly when the other trader wants a specific event item. Current-box Uncommons usually have modest standalone value, while older limited versions may be worth noticeably more. Compare the exact item with current Rare values and do not assume that several random Uncommons automatically equal one strong-demand item.
What should I check before trading an Uncommon weapon?
Confirm the full item name, gun or knife type, event year, origin, listed value and demand. Similar names can belong to different releases with different prices, and a limited event version should not be confused with a current-box item. For very small additions, compare the offer with the Common values list as well.
